Mango Lemonade
What you need:
- 3 cups of water
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 2 fresh mangos; peeled and pureed
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice (About 8 lemons)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Recipe:
In a small microwave safe bowl combine 1 cup of water and sugar. Heat on high for 1 minute, or until sugar has all sugar has dissolved. Let cool. In a large pitcher combine sugar mixture, remaining water, lemon juice and mango puree. Stir until well mixed. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired. Enjoy!
