Miss Jessie’s Loves Kawhi Leonard of the San Antonio Spurs!

Congrats to the San Antonio Spurs for beating the Miami Heat and winning the NBA 2014 National Championship!

We also want to send much love to Kawhi Leonard for the for being named 2014’s most valuable player! Kawhi Leonard is currently the youngest member of the team, and exuded an endearing sense of joy combined with humility, while accepting his MVP trophy from basketball Hall of Fame member, Bill Russell.

When asked about his feelings around his amazing accomplishment, he told reporters, “Right now, it’s just surreal to me. I have a great group of guys behind me.”

Leonard had 22 points and 10 rebounds during his third big game in the series. Though he stumbled in the fourth quarter, fouling out, he quickly rebounded from this minor error by impressively intercepting all efforts of former NBA MVP, LeBron James, during the final three quarters. This case of the underdog triumphing over the NBA veteran makes it all the more evident that a new star is on the rise.

While we admire Kawhi Leonard for his amazing athletic skills and sportsmanship on the court, it also doesn’t hurt that Kawhi happens to be totally gorgeous and his natural braids are proof he has swag in spades. The epitome of tall, dark, and handsome, you can’t help but melt! Am I right ladies?
